A local mental health service run by and for lesbians, gay men, bisexual, trans and queer people. MindOut offer a rolling timetable of groups themed around different subjects and identities, including trans groups, non-binary groups, BAME groups, over 50s groups, under 30s groups, women's groups, bi groups, men's groups, and queer groups amongst others.
