If you don’t know which council service you require or are unable to find this online, then please call our switchboard on 01273 290 000. The switchboard line is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
This telephone number is to support people who are digitally excluded or who don’t know which council service they need to contact to resolve their query. If you can, it is always quicker and easier to use our online forms, as these go directly to the service team.
Please note that customer service opening hours may differ based on the service/issue you are contacting us about. All key service telephone lines are open as a minimum between 9:30am to 1:30pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Some services will have longer opening hours or may have a voicemail and call-back service in place.
