Parking Permit centre 

The Parking Permit centre at Hove Town Hall is closed.

You can apply for a permit and renew a permit online.

Please use the online service and emails as these are unaffected. We aim to acknowledge your email within 2 working days.

NHS Parking Passes

New NHS passes can be used in parking bays in all zones around Brighton and Hove. These cannot be used in resident bays in zones C and H, council owned car parks or other restricted bays.

These parking concessions can only be used when on official duty as an NHS staff member, health and social care worker or NHS Volunteer Responder.

NHS parking passes are issued by the Hospital and are not regulated by Brighton and Hove City Council.

Coronavirus (Covid-19) Parking Passes

These can still be used in parking bays in most zones of Brighton & Hove. These cannot be used in zones C and H, council owned car parks or other restricted bays.

Covid-19 parking passes are only available from the Parking Strategy Team via parkingstrategy@brighton-hove.gov.uk at Brighton and Hove City Council, if you are a volunteer food delivery driver or social worker, these need to be approved before use.

Key worker letters will no longer be accepted from 31st March 2021.
