How to renew your older person's bus pass

What happens when you pass expires

You do not need to apply to renew your older person's bus pass.

We'll automatically send you a renewed pass if we've previously issued you an older person's bus pass.

We may not automatically renew your bus pass if you:

  • have not used it within the last 12 months
  • have moved within the last 5 years
  • are not named on the Council Tax system

If you haven't received your renewed bus pass 3 weeks before your current pass expires, contact parking services and include:

  • your full name
  • date of birth
  • current address
