How much it costs
Your bus pass is free when you apply for the first time and when we automatically renew it.
However, you need to pay £10 if you:
- request a replacement of an existing pass
- request a change of details to an existing record and need us to issue a new pass
- upload a new photo and need us to issue a new pass
You'll need to pay this charge when you submit the form.
