Make sure you apply in plenty of time. We must receive your fully completed application with all supporting documents at least 12 weeks before your event date.

If you need to close a road or impose another type of restriction (e.g. one-way traffic or a long term parking restriction) to carry out work, please complete the form below.
Please make sure you apply in plenty of time. TTROs can take up to 10 weeks to arrange.
Please note that for any filming in the city you'll need to contact the Events Info Team for their consent.
