Parking fine scam
Parking fine scam

We've aware of a national scam where people are asked to pay parking fines via text. We'll never text you to request a payment for a parking fine. We'll only contact you about parking fines via letter, or email if you have already provided it to us. If you have any doubts, contact the Parking Team.

Reporting faults

How you report a fault will depend on who operates the chargepoint with the issue. If you're having problems with:

  • the Blink Charging app or the chargepoint itself, phone Blink’s customer support line on 0330 111 0076.
  • a Char.gy chargepoint, phone Char.gy’s 24 hour helpline on 0800 086 9606

The phone numbers can also be found on the chargepoints. The operators can resolve the issue if there is something stopping you from charging or they can send an engineer out if needed.
