How to report a car blocking an EV charging bay

If you see a vehicle occupying an EV charging bay that is not charging or simply a non-electric vehicle blocking access to a charger, or parked where you think it should not be, you can report it to us.

Phone the Rapid Response team on 03456 035 469 and select option 2.

We aim to attend within one hour of receiving the complaint between 9am and 8pm.
