Transfer your taxi and licence to another owner
Use this form to transfer your hackney carriage or private hire vehicle to a new owner.
How to transfer your licence
Complete this form to transfer:
- the vehicle
- the licence plate
- your hackney carriage or private hire licence
You will need to tell us:
- your address and contact details
- the registration number, licence number and plate number for the vehicle
- name and address of the new owner and additional owner
- name and address of hire purchase or leasing company if there is an outstanding hire purchase or leasing agreement
