Change your address or contact details if you have a taxi licence
Use this form to tell the taxi licensing team about your change of address or contact details.
How to change your details
You can use this form to tell us about up to 5 licences that will be affected by your change of details, including:
- private hire driver
- private hire vehicle
- hackney carriage driver
- hackney carriage vehicle
- operator
You'll need to tell us:
- the licence number for each affected driver, vehicle or operator
- your current (old) contact details
- your date of birth
- the new contact details you would like to update
