TAKEPART festival of active living
About TAKEPART
TAKEPART is an award-winning festival celebrating community sport, dance, exercise, and physical activity. This year it’s running from Saturday 22 June until Sunday 7 July.
This free 2-week festival brings together providers from across the city to showcase local opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to lead healthy and active lifestyles.
All the events and activities are free to join and there’s something for everyone. Some must be booked in advance and some are aimed at particular groups, ages or abilities, so please check before turning up.
All the activities at the launch event are drop-in, so you don’t need to plan ahead, and many are suitable for all ages and abilities.
