We’ve created a range of cross-curricular learning resources to introduce primary pupils to Stanmer Park. We have designed these for you to use remotely in your class or school grounds if you're not able to visit the park itself.
The resources focus on the importance of heritage and outdoor learning and showcase the incredible history of Stanmer.
The stories and ancient sites are right on your doorstep if you know where to look!
Each resource can be used as a 60-minute learning sequence, or to kick-start longer topic activity for your pupils. These sessions are linked to core curricular requirements and programmes of study.
They also include homework tasks, extension activities and differentiation ideas.
