Under the Forum’s Management Arrangements, it states that the local authority will share the proportion of school population represented by members, including diocesan representatives.

The Schools Forum must have representation from Special Schools and Alternative Provision.
Whilst the proportion of primary pupils (61%) and secondary pupils (36%) is not accurately represented in the proportion of school membership it's evident that primary school representation is greater than secondary school representative.
