Code of conduct for issuing fixed penalties regarding school attendance

This Code of Conduct was drafted in accordance with the Department for Education’s new national framework for Fixed Penalty Notices. The framework aims to achieve a more consistent approach across the country. 

The code describes how we will issue Fixed Penalty Notices, in line with the current guidance.
