Refuse and recycling service disruption 

We have some staff shortages, alongside problems accessing some roads in the city. 

We're working hard to increase staffing cover to catch up all missed collections as soon as possible – please bear with us. 

We should have more collection crews available in the next few days. We are prioritising roads where we’ve missed a number of collections. 

If we’ve missed your collection, please leave it out and we’ll pick it up as soon as we can.
