We are sorry to report that due to high levels of vehicle breakdown and crew sickness a number of rounds have not been collected over the last week.
We expect to allocate most collections to other crews which may lead to your bin being collected later than usual.
For a small number of residential rounds where we cannot arrange a follow-up collection, your collection will need to wait until your next regular collection day.
Currently our system cannot notify residents what decision our operational team took about your missed collection. We are in the process of procuring new, more reliable vehicles and introducing digital technology into our vehicles which will enable personalised real time updates.
