Neighbourhood Plan Examiner’s report

We received the independent examination report of the Rottingdean Parish Neighbourhood Plan, prepared by Derek Stebbing BA (Hons) DipEP MRTPI, on 18 October 2023.

The report recommends that the Neighbourhood Plan should, subject to the recommended modifications, proceed to referendum.

Brighton & Hove City Council is preparing a Decision Statement setting out the actions to be taken in response to the Examiner’s recommendations.
