The Brighton Marina Neighbourhood Plan was formally made on 14 February 2025. A referendum on the neighbourhood plan was held on 13 February 2025. The neighbourhood plan now forms part of the city’s planning policies, alongside the City Plan.
The Brighton Marina Neighbourhood Area was formally approved in 2015.
The Brighton Marina Neighbourhood Forum was originally approved in 2015 and renewed on 3 November 2020.
