To commission pre-application advice from the Planning and Building Control service for a householder schemes, please complete the household pre-application advice form.
Email your completed form with any attachments to planning.applications@brighton-hove.gov.uk.
Our fees, including VAT at 20%, are shown in the tables below.
Payment is made for this service through our online payments page. The product name that will be shown on the page is “Products & Services - BHCC Pre Application Planning Advice”.
