A destination for sports

Brighton & Hove is already known nationally and internationally as a thriving and progressive city. It is a popular destination for visitors from across the world.

The city hosted some matches for the 2015 Rugby World Cup and was one of the host cities for the UEFA Women’s Euros in 2022. We demonstrated our capability as an international destination for sports. We want to maximise the legacy of that, supporting grass-roots local sports in an inclusive way.
