Description
Long, narrow building, with gable end to the streetfront. Two storeys, with brick to the ground floor and mock timber framing above. Tiled roof. Central doorway with casement windows to either side. Above, fenestration extends across the whole elevation, with a hanging pub sign set centrally beneath the name ‘The Queen Victoria’ inscribed on the building. Name also incorporated into the stained glass fanlight. Built 1930s, when the junction between the High Street and Marine Drive (as well as the seafront beyond) were significantly reworked.
