How to apply for planning consent for works to a Listed Building.
All works to a Listed Building need to be granted this additional consent in addition to the planning consent.
Listed Buildings are of national importance and it is a criminal offence to carry out work without consent. To see the register of property listed in Brighton & Hove, or for more advice, see the Listed Buildings pages.
If you are NOT applying online, you will need to supply 2 copies of each document - 1 copy for the Planning Permission and 1 copy for this Listed Building Consent.
