About the plan

The role of the City Plan Part Two is to support the implementation and delivery of City Plan Part One to:  

• build on the strategic policy framework set out in the adopted City Plan Part One 
• identify and allocate additional development sites 
• set out a detailed policy framework to assist in the determination of planning applications
