All fees are inclusive of VAT at 20% except for regularisation applications, which are VAT exempt.
Additional fees will apply where the work is either not designed and constructed from common industry recognised standards and codes and/or is being undertaken at a building which is over 11 metres tall.
Charges for determining compliance with building regulations
To support the Building Safety Regulator in determining compliance with building regulations, we'll charge them £153 (excluding VAT) per hour with effect from 1 April 2025. This will allow us to recover costs in full in accordance with Section 13 of BSA22.
