We're currently experiencing technical issues. This is impacting applying for parking permits.
If you have a parking permit that is due to expire, we've put a 14 day grace period in place. This means you can continue to use your expired permit 14 days after the printed expiry date on your permit.
If you don't have a parking permit and you need to apply for a new one, you need to phone our customer service team.
