Update your address for your day parking permits

How to update your address to buy day parking permits for you and your visitors.

Change your address 

If you change address, you should let us know immediately, you can do this through MyAccount. You’ll need to provide us with proof of your new address.

Sign in to MyAccount 

If you are moving out of your parking zone  

If you are moving to another parking zone, you may be able to swap these for your new zone. 

If you are moving to an area outside of controlled parking zones, you may be able to get a refund. 

We will only offer an exchange or refund on valid permits.
