Refunds

If you are moving to an area outside of a controlled parking zone we may be able to refund your valid (in-date) visitor parking permits.  

Exchanges

If you are moving from one controlled parking zone to another controlled parking zone we may be able to exchange your valid (in-date) visitor parking permits. 

When you can request a refund or exchange

Visitor parking permits expire on the last day of the latest year printed on the permit. To request a refund or exchange your permits, you must do so at least 3 months before this date.
