Zones L, P, S, U, W, X, 10, 11, 12: Light-touch
- £3.50 per permit
- maximum 52 permits per year
Zones Y and Z: High demand
- £7 per permit
- maximum 52 permits per year
Zone M: High demand
- £7 per permit
- maximum 52 permits per year
Zones A, C, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, N, O, Q, R, T, V and 14: Full scheme
- £5 per permit
- maximum 52 permits per year
Visitor parking permits for Event Day (B and D)
- free
- maximum 60 permits per year

Types of parking schemes
Light touch
A light touch scheme operates across all bays including permit, shared use, and paid parking.
They have blocks of controlled hours, for example, Monday to Friday 9am to 10am, or 2pm to 3pm.
You do not need a permit to park in these zones outside of controlled hours. Permits for these zones cost less than permits for full scheme zones.

Full scheme
A full scheme operates across all bays including permit, shared use, and paid parking from 9am to 8pm Monday to Sunday.

High demand
A full scheme operates across all bays including permit, shared use, and paid parking.
Where there is a high demand for parking permits with limited spaces available, permits for these zones cost more than permits for other zones.
