What you'll need to apply
The General Practitioner (GP) of the person you care for will need to sign a declaration to confirm that the resident needs care.
Download a GP declaration for an unpaid carers parking permit.
You'll need to upload the signed declaration to your online application. This must be stamped and dated within 1 month of your application.
Apply online for an unpaid carers parking permit
You cannot renew an unpaid carers parking permit. If you need a new permit start a new application.
