About event day digital visitor parking permits in zones B and D
Residents living in zones B and D are entitled to 60 free digital visitor parking permits per year.
You can activate these online so that your visitor does not need to display anything in their windscreen.
Before you can get digital visitor parking permits
Before you can get digital visitor parking permits you need to prove that you’re eligible.
To check you're eligible:
- Sign in or register for MyAccount.
- If you’re address is already verified, you won’t need to upload anything. If your address is not verified, you’ll need to upload one proof of address.
- When your account is verified, you can activate your digital visitor parking permit.
Activating your digital visitor parking permit
- When your visitor arrives on an event day (match day), log into MyAccount, select Parking, Travel and Transport then the option for ‘Visitor permit’.
- Choose ‘activate’ and enter the ‘Vehicle Registration Mark’ (number plate) of your visitor’s vehicle.
- Choose ‘submit’. Your visitor will immediately be allowed to park - they don’t need to display anything in their vehicle windscreen.
- The digital visitor parking permit is valid until 23:59 on that same day.
You only need to activate your digital visitor parking permit on a day that is a match or event day.
