Hotel parking permits are issued to hotels so their guests can use them. 

Where hotel guests can and can’t park 

Hotel parking permits are only issued to hotels in zone C and zone N. Guests can only park in the zone shown on the permit

Hotel guests can park in:

permit bays or shared use bays, in the zone shown on the permit

Hotel guests can't park in:

paid parking bays, previously known as pay and display bays
