Report a lost or damaged season pass

Lost or damaged season passes

You must tell us immediately if your season pass is lost, stolen or damaged. Send an email to TCCTeamLeaders@brighton-hove.gov.uk to ask for a replacement. 

You will need to pay a £10 fee for us to replace your card.
