If your Blue Badge has been stolen, you must report it to the police by calling 101.
Apply for a replacement Blue Badge
The police will give you a reference number when you report your stolen Blue Badge. Please include this number on the form. We will check the details you provide with the police before a new badge is issued.
Finding your lost Blue Badge
If you find your lost Blue Badge after you have reported it missing, you can't use it and must send it to the Blue Badge team:
