A legacy trust fund that generates around £45,000 a year towards the upkeep of certain properties in Telscombe Village.

Brighton Fund
The Brighton Fund is aimed at local individuals in need.
The trust has a small annual income to help local people who are in hardship or distress, especially people aged over 60.
It helps people to meet a wide range of needs, like essential household items, white goods and so on, with a one-off grant. This normally has a limit of £500.
All applications must be made by a third party, like a welfare adviser or social worker.
