Dispensation parking permit terms and conditions

The permit is only valid as shown.

You must place your permit on or behind the windscreen of your vehicle so that it can be seen clearly from the outside.

The dispensation is to park on single or double yellow lines except where loading restrictions are in place and in resident permit bays.

The dispensation is only for the duration shown.

You can only park your vehicle for up to 30 minutes on single or double yellow lines:

where a loading ban is not in place - loading bans are indicated by 1 or 2 repeating yellow lines on the kerb itself
for up to 1 hour in a resident permit bay

You can only use the dispensation when undertaking statutory duties.

You must move your vehicle when told to by a police officer or civil enforcement officer.

You must not leave materials or goods on the pavement or road except temporarily at the rear of the vehicle.

You must not park your vehicle across any part of the pavement or road that may cause an obstruction to pedestrians or other vehicles.
