An update on the partial demolition of the Royal Albion Hotel following July's fire.

The renovated reading room appears as a white fronted building at the lower level with concrete steps leading up towards five tall window/doorways still currently closed with yellow baording. The second level is just visible recessed back and bordered by trees

Black Rock rejuvenation progressing well

A new sea wall, an 800-metre boardwalk, the restoration of the Temple and Old Reading Room, and a new area of vegetated shingle have already been completed with further milestones due to be reached in the coming months.
