Fly-tippers beware – we’re watching you

Fly-tipping is a major blight on our city which costs the council more than £100,000 a year. We're installing CCTV cameras throughout the city in a bid to deter or catch these fly-tipping criminals.

A big thank you for the big tidy up

Our council leader is sending his thanks to everyone who took part in the recent Keep Brighton & Hove Tidy fortnight. And he's looking to ensure clean ups by businesses, community groups, tidy up teams, volunteers, councillors and council staff become the norm.

More public toilets to reopen

We've now reopened seven more public toilets today after the Prime Minister's announcement. There are now 12 open in total in busy footfall areas.
