Residents have moved into 42 fantastic newly built energy efficient council homes in Victoria Road, Portslade.

More than 40 new council homes completed in Portslade

A development of 42 council-rented homes in Portslade is complete. The homes in Victoria Road is our most sustainable new council housing scheme to date.

Cut energy bills with a Warmer Homes grant – open until 31 May

National Warmer Homes scheme grants of up to £25,000 are available for people on low incomes living in poorly-insulated private sector homes. Apply by 31 May.
