5G map launches as new government rules take effect

Changes to the law introduced by the government in April 2022 mean that telecoms operators can now install higher and broader 5G masts without council approval.

With the transport impact information now available, a special Planning Committee will be held on 25 May 2022 to decide the duplicate planning application for Toads Hole Valley.

Following the ward by-election, the consultation on the applications for a West Saltdean Neighbourhood Forum and a Neighbourhood Area has now re-opened.

Two reports on the impact the development would have on local roads are now available. A Special Planning Committee will be held to approve or refuse proposals.
