More than 200 affordable homes approved in Coldean Planning approval has been agreed for 242 low cost homes on land to the east of Coldean Lane - the first development by the Homes for Brighton & Hove partnership between the council and the Hyde Group. 10 July 2019
New homes, office space and shops approved on former dairy site Hove's former Dairy Crest depot in The Droveway will be brought back into use. Plans for the mixed-use development include 14 family homes and some of the original flint barn-style buildings ion the site will be restored. 10 July 2019
