In the print edition of today’s The Argus newspaper, the front page story featured a photo of council leader, Councillor Nancy Platts, with the quote “We can’t cope”. Councillor Platts did not say this, it was made up by The Argus.

Electoral canvassers will be knocking on doors

From now until the end of October, electoral canvassers will be visiting homes in Brighton & Hove to confirm the list of people who are registered to vote at each property.
