October is Black History Month in the UK. Throughout the month, Jubilee Library is hosting a ‘Still Breathing: 100 Black Voices on Racism – 100 ways to change the narrative’ exhibition.

Applications for two new grants for community and voluntary sector organisations for supporting digital access and essential winter support are open now, funded through the Contain Outbreak Management Fund.
