Today the government has announced that it will provide funding for new grants to support businesses impacted by the Covid situation over the festive period.
The council has no further detail than the government announcement at this stage.
But we will be updating our website as soon as we receive the specific guidance, and again when we have details of the application process and likely timetable for payments.
From previous experience it may take several weeks to receive the guidance and create the systems needed to run the scheme.
