Free webinar for business owners - 'Simplifying the EU VAT changes'
A free online webinar to help business owners in Brighton & Hove prepare for the EU VAT reforms, will be held on 27 May from 1pm to 2pm.
Brighton Chamber CEO, Sarah Springford, will be joined by Alex Wyatt, Global Project Manager at SimplyVAT.com to talk through issues and answer questions on the VAT reforms which will be introduced on July 1 this year.
Subjects covered will include distance selling, thresholds, low value consignment relief and marketplace liability.
Help for business owners
The event is part of From Brighton with Love, a series of online events designed to help business owners through the EU transition and give them the confidence to embark on international trade.
The initiative is led by Brighton Chamber and supported by Brighton & Hove City Council with event partner Brighton & Hove Economic Partnership.
