Due to operational issues caused by the Coronavirus restrictions, the council’s school admissions team cannot be contacted by phone.
If you have any queries please email the team at schooladmissions@brighton-hove.gov.uk and they will respond as soon as possible.
Parents are also reminded to fill in the form that accompanies the school place offer as soon as possible and return it to their allocated school.
The council has been advised that the Government is proposing to make some changes to the school appeals process during this period of Coronavirus restrictions.
If passed by Parliament, the new regulations will relax some of the current requirements regarding the holding of school admission appeals and will enable councils to proceed with their appeals.
Further guidance is expected from the government shortly.
