Due to the effects of the global Coronavirus pandemic, planning law has been temporarily changed.
Existing planning permissions (including outline permission) and listed building consents that had a time limit for implementation between 23 March 2020 and 31 December 2020 have now been automatically extended until 1 May 2021.
However, if your planning permission or outline planning permission expired between 23 March 2020 and 18 August 2020, you will first need to apply for an Additional Environmental Approval.
National guidance can be found on GOV.UK
Once the required information is received, we have 28 days to make our decision, unless you agree a longer period.
You can find out more about the temporary changes on the planning section of our website.
