We have temporarily suspended our Cityclean Facebook and Twitter accounts.
This is mainly due to staff shortages, which we are working hard to overcome.
The temporary suspension will free up existing customer contact centre staff to ensure you receive a quicker and better response service.
The Brighton & Hove City Council social media accounts will not be replying to Cityclean queries, but will direct people to the above mentioned contact points.
We apologise for the inconvenience this will cause, and we will look to relaunch the accounts again when the customer contact centre is properly staffed.
