Meet our apprentices
As part of National Apprenticeship Week 2017 we spoke to two of our apprentices to find out why they chose to do an apprenticeship with us.
Fifi Bula has just completed her level 2 apprenticeship and is now working on level 3 in Business Admin. Hannah Cyndie is also working on her level 3 apprenticeship in the Register Office.
National Apprenticeship Week (Monday 6 - Friday 10 March) celebrates the positive impact that apprenticeships have on individuals, businesses and the economy. Apprenticeships are a way for people of all ages to earn while they learn. They are a work-based training programme leading to a nationally recognised qualification.
We currently have 77 apprentices working in Brighton & Hove City Council in roles ranging from Planning to Teaching Assistant and Journalism.
You can find out more about what our apprentices have been up to on their blog, follow them on Twitter @BHapprentices or like their Facebook page.
