Join waste panel to help improve services
Brighton & Hove City Council is looking for volunteers to take part in residents’ focus groups about waste, recycling, street cleansing and parks’ services.
Participants will receive a high street shopping voucher that can be used across a wide number of stores, in return for sharing their experiences and views on the way the council deals with these facilities.
Volunteers should be able to commit to taking part in three group meetings over a six-month period, for a maximum two hours each time.
The council says it is important to hear such feedback to help shape future services, particularly in the light of forthcoming budget reductions.
The authority would like to hear from a cross-section of people, including homeowners or those sharing a flat or renting a property. For more information see www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/waste-panel or email firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 30 January.
