Parking Awards success

 

The Transport Operations team won an award for Exceptional Customer Service at the British Parking Awards 2014. The award ceremony took place earlier this month in London, and they were presented by the comedian Shappi Khorsandi.

The team were presented the award for:

Managing to run an excellent service while going through the Work Styles programme, and sharing their space with the Customer Service team and the Police 
Their efforts in improving online processes for customers
The changes to the customer queuing system
Strong involvement in Customer Service Week
Strong social media work – providing the latest information during severe weather and large events
Members of staff that are ICS qualified or undertaking ICS qualifications

Well done to the team for winning the award, and also being nominated for the Parking Partnership award.

The British Parking Awards has celebrated the best in parking management, design and innovation since 2002.
